The system is composed of HP9000 spectrophotocolorimeter and LED chip test device. The chip testing frame contains sample plate, 3D probe frame, light intensity test holder, microscope electric controller, etc. Light intensity measurement adopts CIE-A condition and optical-fiber coupling, which could light up the LED chips quickly and stably. The tested parameters can be displayed by divisions of different levels, which is convenient for sorting machines to match.
